Muscles attached to the human clavicle bone:
The attachment of the muscle might be the origin of the muscle or the insertion of the muscle. On this basis there are two types of muscles attached to the clavicle;
Muscles originating from the clavicle:
These include;
Pectoralis major muscle
Deltoid muscle
Sternohyoid muscle
Sternocleidomastoid muscle
Muscles inserting into the clavicle:
These include;
Trapezius muscle
Subclavius muscle
